The place was spacious and bright. Several TVs were playing in the background, soundless, with programs that introduced cuisines and their production processes. Walls were decorated with posters of food, and high shelves filled with wine bottles. All of this was making a statement: food is the center of everything.
We were convinced before too long: the food was indeed super tasty, on top of that, the spice was awesome, the kind that makes you cry with happy tears. Flavor, texture, excitement, followed by bubbles of beer, then there came a pause, then the cycle started again.
It is somewhat risky to call yourself "Top", right? It seems to me, at least, their branding strategy is working.
